Bright, nice day. I got meals with Elsie’s help at noon, for she and Billie came with W. Daniel this morning. He and Will fed cattle. Wm Leo Abbott came horseback to see how Cora Ann is, went back home to get ready as he and Will to Valentine, home before sundown. Abbott went right home horseback. Van Epps cleaned barn and he and Billie went home in car. Elsie washed dishes, swept front room, mopped kitchen and walked home in late p.m. I laid down in p.m. for a long time, played solitaire, visited with Elsie and not much else. Also, Mrs. Clarence (Mae) Wheeler, Perry and Lawrence Klein came from Kleins, they had dinner at Tates and were on way to Wm Chauncey Jr.’s, also inviting folks to a party at Kleins tomorrow night for Wheelers. Lucinia Wheeler and Perry’s girlfriend went to Winner with George Klein. Lucenia is married at Custer, S.D. but her hubby did no come along.
