Partly cloudy and a strong wind from N.E. then clouded but no Moisture so I washed the clothes and Ellen put them on line and on Porch. I put some on Porch and got cold as N.E. wind blew cold out there. Ellen got all clothes in, in eve. Chester took Darryl, David and Jimmie to and from school. He looked for a Gate of ours at Thomas’s, no find, so will make one to use at Barn for calving. He and Vere fed cattle and gave them some butts from S.E. stacks in p.m. Ellen got clothes in, in a hurry and put dilating medicine in Will’s eyes and he slept. She came up after supper and it was real stormy.
